Preparation for potato gnocchi that allows you to obtain an excellent quality product in a few minutes, with the simple addition of water. A complete, practical and quick potato flake-based blend.
Pour ½ liter of cold water in 400 g of mixture and knead. Let the dough rest for a few minutes. Roll the pieces of dough on a floured surface using the palms of your hands and cut cca. 3cm long cylinders. To better retain the sauce, slide them on the back of a grater or on the prongs of a fork.
You can freeze them for later use.
Throw the gnocchi in a boiling salt water pot and remove them when they come out.
