The completely natural hazelnut cream is made from the particularly aromatic Tonda Gentile delle Langhe piedmont hazelnuts, which is probably the best hazelnut in the world. Liquid, delicate, incredibly aromatic, purely peanut-flavored and naturally sweet.

This cream is usually used by confectioners, but why not try to make homemade ice creams and pastries in our kitchen, yogurts or cottage desserts.
