La Nicchia Capers in salt, small size, 200g

Pantelleria capers sorted in small size, preserved in sea salt. With their characteristic colour, the capers from Pantelleria stand out from the others due to their firm texture and delicate flavour. Thanks to the use of the sea salt, their fragrance and texture remain unaltered over time.

Use small capers for garnishing fish and red or white meat dishes. Use large capers for flavoring tomato sauces or making creamy sauces and pâtés. Medium-sized capers can be used for both (garnishing and flavoring).

Rinse off the salt before use.
