The grey salt from Guérande is still hand-harvested using wooden tools, in order to preserve its organoleptic characteristic. Tartuflanghe have added some slices of white truffle to this extraordinary sea salt.
The result is a versatile condiment, excellent to season all your cold and warm dishes, such as pasta, risotto, eggs, omelettes, meat fillets, barbecue steaks, meat carpaccio, fish tartare, cheese potatoes, salads, vegetables, sushi and foie gras.
