A very fresh mediterranean variation of the famous Mojito encriched by the exclusive flavor of Bergotto.
Ingredients: 3 parts of Bergotto, 2 parts white rum, 8 mint leaves, 1 lemon or lime slice, garnish: 1 strawberry, mint leaves, 1 slice of lemon
Crush mint leaves and lemon in the glass. Add crushed ice, Bergotto, white rum and stir. Garnish with mint leaves, strawberry and a slice of lemon.
Ingredients: 50ml pure vodka, 10ml almond-based cordial, 100ml Bergotto, garnish: 1 slice of lime
Pour ingredients directly on ice, fill up with Bergotto, stir and garnish with a slice of lime.
Ingredients: 40ml peach vodka, 20ml Martini dry, 100ml Bergotto, garnish: 1 slice of peach and mint leaves
Pour ingredients directly on ice, fill up with Bergotto, stir and garnish with a slice of peach and mint leaves.
Ingredients: 30ml gin, 10ml Campari, 20ml Aperol
Pour ingredients directly on ice, add Bergotto and stir.

BERGAMOT CUP - alcohol free
Ingredients: 20ml mashed raspberry, 20ml lime juice, 1 bottle of Bergotto (200ml), garnish: mint leaves, mixed berries, slices of orange and lemon, icing sugar if needed
In a wine glass stir mashed raspberry and lime juice. Add ice and pour Bergotto. Mix gently and garnish with mint leaves, mixed berries and slices of orange and lemon, sprinkle icing sugar on.
BERGOTTO FRUIT - alcohol free
Ingredients: 350ml crushed ice with strawberry, 50ml orange juice, 100ml Bergotto
Put crushed ice with strawberry in the glass, add orange juice and Bergotto and stir.
