With PRIMITIVA Pasini has rediscovered a fine selection of wheat, with high fibre content and rich in protein and have perfected a new blending and milling technique. Available in three varieties of type 1, type 2 and wholemeal, it is ideal for short, medium and long leavening in bread making / baked confectionery / pizzas. The taste and aroma released during kneading and baking are guaranteed by top quality raw materials and expert processing.

This is an innovative flour, suitable for several uses: from croissants to sweet or salted short pastry and to wholemeal cakes. Compared to other wholemeal flours, it is more elastic, it can be easily processed and offers a very good absorption. The obtained product keeps its organoleptic characteristics unchanged also in case of freezing and helps with digestion. It is richer in fibres and mineral salts.
