This fruit mustard based on the traditional Cremona recipe is made of simple and genuine ingredients, with a handmade process that requires time and patience: the fruit is cooked with sugar for several minutes, then placed in tanks where it is decanted; the mustard essence is added in candied condition.
Fig chutney is recommended for matured cheeses, fe. gorgonzola, Roquefort, stilton.
