Buono.hu "Mostarda" Fruit chutney, 450g

mixed fruit in varying proportions 55% (pear, apricot, cherry, clementine, fig, Diamante citron), glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, citric acid, mustard essential oil.

This fruit mustard is made of simple and genuine ingredients with a handmade process that requires time and patience. The fruit is cooked with sugar for several minutes, then placed in tanks where it is decanted; the mustard essence is added in candied condition.

Classical mustard is best for traditional dishes: with cooked or baked meat meals, parmesan cheese, matured cheeses.
