Ligthly cooked lentils made with water and salt, without preservatives. Delicious cooked lentils with authentic taste, good aroma and excellent texture. It can be eaten plain, with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and some chopped parsley, or as an appetizer and as an ingredient in soups, or as a side dish for fatty meat, such as traditional cotechino (Italian pork sausage).
