A spreadable and spicy type of salami. After aging, "Nduja di Spilinga" is bottled with the addition of extra virgin olive oil, making it more durable than classic Nduja.
Traditionally, it is spread on warm, toasted bread slices or served as a topping on pasta or pizza, but there are many different combinations. It can also be used as a base for meat or tomato sauces.
