While Gentile is best known for their top of the line pastas, they do grow fruits and vegetables on their estate every year. The oranges used for this marmalade are from the Sorrento Peninsula, and have a subtle and mellow flavour with lower acidity. Thin slices of zest give this marmalade a distinct tartness.
