DOUGH (86%): wheat flour, butter, fresh free-range egg yolk, candied lemon peel 10% (lemon peel, glucose syrup, sugar), chocolate drops with pistachio 10% (rosted pictachio 15%, sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavor: vanilla 0,9%, cane sugar, water, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), candied orange peels 3% (orange peels, glucose syrup, sugar), honey, salt, natural flavouring (vanilia pods).

GLAZE (14%): sugar, water, almonds 12%, almonds flour 5%, rice flour, egg white, olive oil, corn starch, flavourings.

PISTACHIO CREAM: whole roasted pistachios 35%, cane sugar, sunflower oil, skimmed milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, salt, vanilla
