“Colli Bruni” extra virgin olive oil is made from fully ripe olives. The result is a light fruity oil useful for every recipe. Made exclusively by mechanical procedure.

The bag-in-box is a relatively innovative packaging solution for storing olive oil. The inner pouch ensures that there is no quality deterioration between the first and the last drop of olive oil, even after several months of use. Thanks to the vacuum, the olive oil remains protected from oxidative processes, partly from heat and completely from light.
