These anchovy fillets are fished sustainably in the Mediterranean, then processed and packed by hand. Unlike other fish, anchovies are plentiful and not at risk of extinction.
Cetara is a small fishing town on the coast of Campania, near Naples renowned for its production of high quality anchovies.
Anchovies enhance the umami taste of food and adds a salty touch.

Ingredients: anchovies (engraulis encrasicolus), sunflower seed oil, traces of extra virgin olive oil, salt.

 

Our recommendation:

Make crostini with butter and roasted pepper, or great on a slice of fresh bread with butter, on pizza, to make salsa verde. Use it in pasta sauces, with linguine, tagliatelle, spaghetti with squid ink, lemon flavoured fettuccine.
