86% olives, 10% extra virgin olive oil, 2% citrus peel, salt, acid regulator: citric acid.

After opening, cover the surface of the product with oil and store it refrigerated.

This olive citrus cream is ideal for an exciting aperitif, but it is also perfect for salad dressings. It combines two types of fresh flavours, its pleasant, floral aftertaste is due to the combination of olives and a local wild citrus peel.
