De Carlo’s rapini (Turnip Tops) represents the emblem of Apulian cuisine. The most typical apulian food is “Orecchiette e Cime di Rapa” (Pasta with rapini/ turnip tops). De Carlo’s cime di rapa comes from De Carlo agricultural farm, are cultivate with organic system and preserved in De Carlo extravirgin olive oil.
