Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Tonda Iblea olives grown in the Cutrera Family olive groves.
The olives are handpicked between the 1st October and the 15th November, the colour of the oil is brilliant green, the bouquet is balanced and fruity with pronounced notes of green tomatoes, freshly cut grass and aromatic fresh herbs. A full-bodied oil with a bitter and spicy, well-balanced palate, green tomato flavour and fresh herbs.
Recommended for grilled meats and fish, soups and salads, bruschetta, raw on green and grilled vegetables.
