Intense and fruity oil, obtained only from Nocellara Etnea, autochthonous variety of the Etna volcano area, from old olive groves grown on volcanic soil.
Handpicked between 15th October and 15th November, its colour is green with golden shades, the bouquet is intense and fruity with hints of freshly cut grass, cardoon and green almond. The persistent bitter and spicy aroma is in balance with the fruity notes.
Recommended with eafood appetizers, grilled vegetables, grilled cuttlefish, fresh goat cheese.
