On the occasion of the centenary of the founding of
Milano Marittima, Salina di Cervia made a series of festive ceramics for this historic event. The Dolce di Cervia salt is packed in a special Artisan "Limited Edition" dish made by Claudia Farneti ceramic designed by Milanese artist Giuseppe Palanti.
Cervia’s salt is called “dolce” — sweet — because its absence of bitter minerals and the purity of its sodium chloride make it naturally more “sweet” than other sea salts. It is carefully harvested and naturally dried so it maintains its natural humidity with no additives. Clear as the sea.
