The result of the long maturation of cooked grape must of Trebbiano and Lambruso grapes which is then slowly aged in wooden barrels until sweet and dense, with a rich bouquet of flavors. The only ingredient is cooked grape must - and a bit of patience.

It has an intense balsamic aroma and a dense, velvety texture, maintaining a lightness and versitility. Sweet and syrupy with a very low acidity.
