FORZA type “0” flour is produced exclusively from wheat grown in the lowland areas of Piedmont, between the provinces of Cuneo, Asti and Alessandria, ensuring authentic Italian origin and consistent quality.
After harvesting, the wheat is carefully selected and washed in drinking water, then roller-milled through an eight-stage milling process. This gentle method results in a white flour that is not overly refined, retaining a small amount of its natural fibre.
