The Cantucci are biscuits of Tuscan tradition. Cooked in an elongated loaf and cut diagonally thus creating the famous start and end pieces, called “nooks” in Tuscany. Fratelli Lunardi revisited the recipe by adding butter and playing with other ingredients, creating a variety of flavours.
