Panettone: wheat flour, gianduia drops 22% (sugar, powdered milk, hazelnuts paste 15%, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sweet whey powder, emulsifier: lecithins), butter, fresh free-range egg yolk, water, cane sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), honey, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, natural flavoring: vanilla.
May contain traces of other nuts, soy, mustard, sesame seeds and peanut!
Gianduia cream: PGI Piedmont hazelnuts 32%, cane sugar, sunflower oil, low-fat cocoa powder 10%, skimmed milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin
