Dough (83%): wheat flour, dark chocolate 18% (cocoa mass from Venezuela, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural Bourbon vanilia from Madagascar. Cacao min 62%), butter, free-range egg yolk, cane sugar, water, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), honey, emulsifers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, natural flavourung (vanilia pods).

Glaze (17%): sugar, powder sugar, rice flour, almond flour 3%, starches (corn, wheat), naturals flavours, granulated sugar, egg white, almond 2%, olive oil.

May contain traces of other nuts, soy, peanut, sesame seeds and mustard.

The spicy scent of extraordinary chocolate obtained only from Criollo and Trinitario cocoa, makes this chocolate Colomba irresistible! The dough of the traditional dove-shaped cake combined with the spicy citrus-flavoured dark chocolate, with herbaceous notes and slightly acidic tones, create a good balance between sweetness and typical chocolate accents.
