The Molise DOP (Protected Denomination of Origin) is the distinguished blend of the Colonna estate, blended from 80% Leccino and Gentile di Larino and 20% Rosciola olives. Intense, clear golden yellow colour with slight green hues. Its aroma is ample and round with hints of artichoke, lettuce and chicory, enriched by notes of basil and parsley. Its taste is fine and complex with a flavour of green tomatoes and green apples and an aftertaste of almonds and black peppers. Bitterness and pungency are distinct and well balanced.
