The extra virgin olive oil Diesis PDO Colline Salernitane is a remarkable premium Italian extra virgin olive oil produced in the hills of Salerno, in the heart of Campania. Made exclusively from olives harvested during the very first week of October, this exceptional oil embodies freshness, aromatic intensity and perfect balance.

A carefully crafted blend of Rotondella, Carpellese and Frantoio olive varieties creates a complex and distinctive flavour profile. On the nose, it evokes the essence of the Italian countryside with vibrant aromas of unripe tomato, freshly cut grass and chicory. On the palate, rich vegetal notes of artichoke and thistle unfold alongside elegant hints of mint and black pepper. The green olive fruitiness is complemented by delicate nuances of fresh almond and apple.

Its silky texture is balanced by pleasant sweetness and refined bitter and spicy notes, delivering an elegant freshness and a long, harmonious finish. The oil displays a golden yellow colour with bright green reflections.
