Ingredients

water, egg yolk (20%), Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese (cow's milk, salt, rennet), Pecorino Romano DOP cheese (sheep's milk, salt, rennet), summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt) (2%), corn starch, salt, black pepper, natural flavours

Gluten free product.

Our contemporary version of the famous Italian sauce, where guanciale is replaced by Italian summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.). Made with 20% eggs, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and Pecorino Romano DOP, strictly no cream or milk added, this is a long-life carbonara sauce, as creamy as homemade. Of course, you can add guanciale if you wish!

Method of use: pour directly over freshly boiled pasta, without adding water.
