Our contemporary version of the famous Italian sauce, where guanciale is replaced by Italian summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.). Made with 20% eggs, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and Pecorino Romano DOP, strictly no cream or milk added, this is a long-life carbonara sauce, as creamy as homemade. Of course, you can add guanciale if you wish!

Method of use: pour directly over freshly boiled pasta, without adding water.
