An aromatised wine produced in Abruzzo by Scuppoz, Italy, made from Pecorino white wine as its base. The botanical blend includes oregano, sage, gentian, cinnamon, nutmeg, white wormwood and sweet orange, each contributing a distinct layer to the flavour profile.
Oregano and sage provide Mediterranean herbal character. Gentian delivers the classic bitter structure expected of a quality vermouth. Cinnamon and nutmeg add warm spice, while white wormwood forms the traditional aromatic backbone. Sweet orange rounds the profile with a clean citrus finish.

Vermouth is an aromatised, fortified wine flavoured with a blend of herbs, spices and botanical extracts. It has its origins in Italy, where it has been produced for centuries and traditionally served as an aperitif or used as the foundation of classic cocktails. Its defining ingredient is wormwood, which gives vermouth its characteristic bitter structure. Produced in both white and red varieties, the flavour profile ranges from gently sweet to dry and herbaceous, depending on the botanicals used.
