Clear emerald green hue with warm golden reflections. On the nose it has an intense fruitiness with strong hints of green olive. The palate is enhanced by complex vegetal notes, among which leaf, grass, artichoke, green tomato and apple stand out. Large body full of character, with hints of celery, lettuce and basil. Pronounced, but pleasant and well-balanced bitterness and spiciness. Notes of green almond in the aftertaste show the premium quality of Quattrociocchi’s Roma extra virgin olive oil.
