Olio di Roma PGI from Quattrociocchi is a premium extra virgin olive oil supplying the maximum expression of the territory and local traditions, while promoting biodiversity and sustainable agriculture. To obtain the PGI designation, the premium category extra virgin olive oil must be produced and bottled in a specific geographical area and must possess certain characteristics strictly linked to the territory of origin. The entire production chain is subjected to rigorous controls established by the specifications and must respect a series of criteria to guarantee its quality, origin and authenticity.


Clear emerald green hue with warm golden reflections. On the nose it has an intense fruitiness with strong hints of green olive. The palate is enhanced by complex vegetal notes, among which leaf, grass, artichoke, green tomato and apple stand out. Large body full of character, with hints of celery, lettuce and basil. Pronounced, but pleasant and well-balanced bitterness and spiciness. Notes of green almond in the aftertaste show the premium quality of Quattrociocchi’s Roma extra virgin olive oil. Ideal on lentil dishes, carpaccio, soups, red meats or grilled game and mature cheeses.
