The Oliveri Bag of Dried Chanterelles (Cantharellus Cibarius) are valuable dried mushrooms that can be found in early summer or early autumn in chestnut or oak forests. The traditional drying method perfectly preserves them over time, enhancing the taste and flavour of the material. Dried Galletto or Finferli mushrooms are distinguished in their yellow/orange and dark grey colour, but their distinctiveness lies in their taste and smell with typical intense mushroom notes.

Suitable for enriching sauces or accompanying meat.

Before use, the mushrooms must be rinsed in cold water and soaked in lukewarm water for about 10 minutes. Then drain them and squeeze them lightly. They cannot be eaten raw but only after cooking.
