Bollywood Curry is an aromatic but not too strong mix of spices suitable for all types of dishes. A blend with fresh and intense flavours dominated by the notes of coriander seeds and ginger. Its main characteristic is that garlic does not appear among the ingredients, making this mixture more digestible and suitable for all types of dishes, whether based on meat, fish or vegetables. Excellent in addition to a dough for a savoury sponge cake accompanied by foie gras or for the preparation of creams and sauces. Try it for a spicy and surprising sorbet.
