This organic product represents a Sicilian familiy tradition. Families met, every year, during the summer to prepare this tomato sauce. At Cutrera they make it from Ciliegino tomatoes, typical of Pachino (Siracusa), this sauce is typical cherry tomato, sweet and scented, like sunshine in a bottle.
