This organic tarocco orange jam is produced from the Tarocco variety of oranges which are typical of the Catania plain. The marmalade made out of the fruit is cooked at low pressure, on low tempreture (60°C) to preserve the natural taste and the aroma of the oranges, intense color and properties of the citrus fruits intact.

Tarocco BIO orange marmalade has an intense red color with strong aromatic notes of blood orange. The consistency is thick and creamy. The flavor is balanced in terms of sweetness and bitterness thanks to the use of cane sugar and orange zest.

Tarocco oranges, typical of the province of Catania, are a variety rich in healthy properties. They contain vitamins and minerals, especially vitamins C, A, B, K and PP, folic acid, calcium and beta-carotene. The vitamin C content reaches 40%, a higher value than in other citrus fruits.

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and light sources. After opening, store in the fridge, consume within 15 days.
