This premium Italian extra virgin olive oil from Frantoio Cutrera represents the essence of Sicilian tradition and craftsmanship. Produced from the renowned Nocellara del Belice variety, it comes directly from the Cutrera family’s olive groves, located just a few hundred metres from the mill. Named after Salvatore Cutrera, one of the two brothers leading the company, this oil reflects a deep commitment to quality and authenticity.
A medium fruity olive oil with a distinctive and intense character: fresh green tomato notes and hints of freshly cut grass with artichoke undertones. It offers a rich aroma, balanced by a pleasant bitterness and a persistent, elegant spiciness.
