This organic lemon blossom honey is crafted from the nectar of lemon flowers grown in Mediterranean orchards, offering exceptional purity and natural quality. Unpasteurised, it preserves all its valuable nutrients and delicate aromas.

It features an intense lemon blossom fragrance, with a sweet, aromatic flavour and a gently refreshing acidity. In its liquid state, it is almost colourless with pale straw-yellow hues; once crystallised, it develops a pearly white to light beige appearance. Its smooth, fine-grained texture is the result of a natural micro-crystallisation process.
