This organic chestnut honey is one of nature’s purest treasures, made from the nectar of chestnut blossoms. With its intense aroma and distinctive character, it is a true delicacy for honey lovers. It offers a sweet flavour balanced by a pleasantly bitter aftertaste. Its colour is a deep amber, tending towards brown. Unpasteurised, it retains all its natural qualities and nutritional value. Harvested in June and July, this honey comes from the pristine woodlands of the Etna Park in Sicily and the Sila Park in Calabria.
