The plant, native to southern European regions, was considered sacred by the ancient Romans and Greeks. It is also known for its several therapeutic properties as an antifungal, antimicrobial and antioxidant.
This oil is obtained by infusing natural essential oil of sage in our extra virgin olive oil.

Best used on ravioli, roast chicken, legume and spelt soups, pan-cooked sole and potato salads.
