 Aromas of lemons, grapefruit, and peach together with attractive jasmine, floral notes, followed by a mineral, nutty texture and high, almost tart acidity. Refreshing, complex, and rewarding blend made from Carricante, Cataratto, Grecanico és Minnella varieties. A true Etna cuvée with a strong Carricante backbone providing acity and pronounced citrus notes.
