White wine making with soft squeezing of the grapes; sparkling method: Charmat – short.
Its charasteristics is fresh, harmonic, fruity. The colour is pale straw yellow with greenish hues. Scents of fruit which reminds to apple green. The taste is dry, well balanced and harmonious.

Ideal as an aperitif, perfect with fish meals.

To be served at 6-8°C.
