San Marzano, Salento, Puglia. At almost 100 meters above sea level, with a high average temperature and very little rainfall during the year. The soils are mainly composed of clay, with an average depth which reaches up to 1 meter.

Straw yellow with golden reflections, intense and persistent aroma, with ripe peach, passionfruit and mandarin notes. Fresh wine, easy to drink, balanced and persistent.

Excellent with starters and fish soup, fresh cheese and pasta with light sauces.

To be served at 12°C.
