Nur Salat - Éva Bezzegh

Éva Bezzegh's successful cookbook (12 hónap) in German language.

In November 2017, Éva Bezzegh's twelve-month recipe book was published in Hungary by Artbeet, which is now available in German.

The book was preceded by great anticipation, as in addition to being of outstanding quality in the domestic book market by international standards, its content is niche. The massive 320-page, over 2 pound “salad encyclopedia” guides the reader through vegan, meaty, fishy or seafood-based veggies, seasonal vegetables and fruits, sometimes with traditional flavors, sometimes with surprising flavors, Middle East, Mediterranean, Scandinavian, etc. salads, in the author's light yet straightforward interpretation.

In addition to the groundbreaking food photos of nearly a hundred recipes, the purely visual volume tracks month-to-month changes in the scenery of Hungary's most beautiful countryside, thus reinforcing seasonal focus. The unique appearance of the publication is due to the amazing images of the talented young photographer, Renáta Török-Bognár, the world-class work of the renowned graphic artist Eszter Laki, and the unique works of contemporary ceramic artist Tünde Ruzicska.

The book has been awarded a silver rating in the category of "graphic and visual communication design", completing the top 5% prize winners at the world's largest jury design competition, the A' Design Award and Competion 2018. The book is finalist in 4 categories at the Gourmand International 2019 and has won the Best National Cookbook Award.

Why salad? Because it's fast, it's simple, it's nutritious, it's aesthetic - so it meets all your dining needs today. Occasionally you don't even have to know how to cook, and salad-making gives you the unlimited freedom of creation, making it the most colorful genre in the strict sense of the word, if ... If we dare to let go of our imagination. This volume is inspired by the volume, which guides the reader through a season of vegetables and fruits based on seasonal vegetables and vegetables throughout a year, through 8 recipes per month. Raw or just-baked, Scandinavian, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Far Eastern, vegetable, fruit, fish, meat or even cereal salads are sometimes presented in familiar, astonishing flavor combinations, all by the first volume author, Éva Bezzegh , in a relaxed, yet straightforward interpretation.

The book is aimed at both young and middle-aged, loving and knowledgeable urban women and men, gastronomers, beginners and advanced alike who are not necessarily keen on classic baking but who are sensitive to light foods and varied flavors, and who have aesthetics. The unique uniqueness of the book is that it has been made for almost a year, tracking how the landscape, nature is changing and how it is reflected on our plates. For the project, the publisher has managed to bring together a team of creators whose enthusiasm, talent and professionalism have taken their long months of work to high levels to complete this in an exceptionally beautiful and meaningful volume.
