100% Dolcetto grape wine grown in 4 areas in Barolo and Novello. Its aromas are red fruits, marasca cherries, violets and hay. Round and balanced with delicious tannins and fresh acidity.
Harvesting takes place manually in the first half of September. Fermentation takes 7-15 days, depending on the vintage, and matures in steel tanks.

Pairings of egg pasta, meat-based first courses and fresh cheeses.
