DOUGH 85%: wheat flour, candied orange peels 22% (orange peels, glucose syrup, sugar), butter, free-range fresh egg yolk, cane sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), honey, salt, natural aroma: vanilla.

GLAZE 15%: sugar, water, almonds 12%, almonds flour 5%, rice flour, egg white, olive oil, corn starch, flavourings.

The Classic Filippi Colomba is the authentic synthesis of tradition and genuine ingredients. Butter, flour, eggs and vanilla are expertly mixed to form an irregular gluten texture typical of natural leavening. The soft dough and its delicate taste is enriched and perfumed by cubes of candied orange peel. The glaze is rich and crunchy, obtained by mixing fine "Prima Bari" almonds, sugar and egg white.
