of the pasta 85%: wheat flour, salted caramel 18% (sugar, sweetened condensed milk (milk, sugar), glucose syrup, salted butter 6% (milk, salt), salt 0,7%), butter, free-range fresh egg yolk, water, cane sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), honey, salt, natural flavouring (vanilia pods).
Icing ingredients 15%: sugar, water, almonds 12%, almonds flour 5%, rice flour, egg white, olive oil, corn starch, flavourings.
May contain traces of other nuts, soy and mustard.
A colomba for those who appreciate the intense flavours, an extraordinary product in which the lightness of the naturally leavened dough is interspersed with creamy pieces of caramel. The initial sweetness is rounded out and made more intriguing by a slight but immediate salty flavour. Not to be missed!
