Panettone for chocolate lovers, for all those who think like Willy Wonka in the movie, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Filippi did everything for the excellent taste and chose a very special chocolate for this cake: dark chocolate pieces made from Criollo and Trinitario cocoa beans were mixed into the dough, which has dried fruit, hazelnut, walnut and light red berry fruit flavours. It is characterized by a spicy and slightly acidic flavour that is perfectly balanced.
