The candied cherries in it are freshly pitted, naturally sugared for several weeks, and then placed whole in the classic panettone dough, divided irregularly. They consider this to be their most delicious fruit panettone. The smell of cherries will fill your home, the candied fruit remains juicy and colours the soft dough in a delicate pink/purple colour...but it's not only pleasing to the eye!
