Overlooking the Venetian plains, the Bianchin family estate has built its reputation on producing elegant sparkling wines that reflect the character of their corner of Veneto. This Treviso DOC Rosé Brut combines tradition and modernity in a beautifully balanced sparkling wine.
Made primarily from Glera with a small proportion of Pinot Noir, it shines with a brilliant pearl-pink colour and fine, persistent bubbles.
The nose offers aromas of white peach, apple, citrus peel and wild strawberries. On the palate, its velvety texture is lifted by lively acidity and vibrant fruit flavours.
Fresh, refined and versatile, this Rosé Prosecco is equally at home as an aperitif or alongside seafood, shellfish and delicately flavoured dishes.
