Bianchin - Prosecco Superiore Asolo DOCG Extra Brut Millesimato, 0,75l

Nestled among the rolling hills of Asolo, often referred to as the Pearl of Treviso, the Bianchin family estate has been producing wines that capture the essence of this remarkable landscape for generations. Asolo DOCG is one of only two Prosecco regions awarded Italy’s highest designation of origin, recognised for wines of exceptional quality and character.

The Bianchin vineyards extend across Montello, Montebelluna and Borso del Grappa, where sunlit slopes and mature Glera vines create the foundations for their distinctive sparkling wines.

This Extra Brut is the driest expression in the range. With very low residual sugar, it allows the purity of the grape and the character of the terroir to take centre stage. In the glass, it shows a pale straw-yellow colour with fine, persistent bubbles. Aromas of crisp apple, elderflower and fresh citrus zest are accompanied by delicate floral notes.

The palate is lean, focused and intensely dry, revealing layers of green apple, citrus fruit and refreshing minerality. Bold and elegant, it offers a long, savoury finish that makes it particularly rewarding at the table.

An excellent partner for seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, delicate white meats and fresh cheeses.
