Akrille - Frappato Vittoria DOC, 0,75l

Frappato is one of Sicily’s most distinctive native grape varieties, finding its finest expression around the historic wine-growing area of Vittoria. Akrille Frappato captures the grape’s vibrant and aromatic personality while reflecting the unique character of southeastern Sicily.

Following harvest in late September, the wine undergoes extended skin contact and careful maturation in stainless steel, preserving its purity and freshness.

Bright cherry-red in colour, it opens with aromas of dried flowers, sweet spices, blueberries, wild strawberries and blackberries. The palate is lively and elegant, with fine tannins, delicate spice and a persistent return of red berry flavours.

Versatile and food-friendly, it pairs beautifully with charcuterie, oily fish, seafood crudo and fresh cheeses.
