Akrille - Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG Classico, 0,75l

Akrille Cerasuolo di Vittoria Classico DOCG represents the pinnacle of the winery’s collection and one of Sicily’s most prestigious wine styles. Combining Nero d'Avola and Frappato, it offers the most refined expression of the island’s only DOCG red wine appellation.

The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness in early October. Following extended maceration, part of the wine matures in French oak tonneaux before further ageing in stainless steel and bottle. This meticulous process creates remarkable depth, structure and complexity.

Deep cherry-red with violet reflections, the wine reveals aromas of blueberries, blackberries and morello cherries, layered with subtle liquorice and spice notes. The palate is full-bodied, velvety and beautifully balanced, with silky tannins supporting rich fruit and elegant oak influence.
